What is Walking the Talk and what can I expect?
Walking the Talk workshops are experiential and body-centered. We offer exercises, exchanges, and tools, largely drawn from the practice of Breema's art of being present that support participants to develop a new relationship with body-mind connection, and to bring that practice to an applied setting such as work environment.
Our aim is to support participants to develop an inner reference point that is not located in the body, not in the mind and not in the feeling. This place can become accessible by starting with body-mind connection and staying with this experience until the feelings join in. Breema refers to this place of inner availability and knowing as taste. Having a relationship to the direct experience of inner knowing has the possibility of shifting all relationships, of supporting vitality instead of depleting energy, and of supporting a new availability to being present in life.

The Nine Principles of Harmony?
The Nine Principles of Harmony make Breema bodywork unique. They distinguish it from all other methods, even those which include movements that appear to be similar. Yet, the principles of Breema are universal. They can be applied to other techniques and methods of bodywork, health improvement, health maintenance and, in fact, to any activity in life. You can begin, in your own way, to apply those principles with which you find an inner resonance. If you find the principles inspiring, you will eventually want to support your study by participating in a class or workshop, because both practicing and receiving Breema bodywork are extremely helpful for deepening your Self-understanding.
